The pictures don't include the door yet, otherwise the they are correct. I still need to do some wiring to finish the control box, but the design works fine.
If you want to see this get developed, and installed, watch my Tevo Black Widow Mods Playlist here: (I will work on this over the next few weeks as well, so subscribe if you want to see them as the videos come out)https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJKGITN8zPugVZEqNA1bqYd4eg7A3Cfdw
This is a control box design that I made for my Tevo Black Widow 3D printer.
It has built in mounts for Meanwell PSP-600 series PSU's and fits some other models as well. Check their spec sheet to be sure. It doesn' thave any specific mounts for any electronics, but it has 2 panels where you can easily attach some spare aluminium sheets, and mount your electronics on them.
The back panel has 31 holes for aviation connectors. 30 of them are 12mm and 1 is 16mm.
Here you can buy the ones that I used:
12mm: http://bit.ly/2BtC8iD
16mm: http://bit.ly/2Gfl6UL
It also has mounts for a power connector, a backpanel USB B mount and a Molex Mini-fit Jr. 2x4 mount (or a PC 8-pin VGA or CPU power). I use this for powering the heatbed.
On the front side I have mounts for 2x power switches. Please don't ask me to provide any links to the ones I used, as I bought mine from a local store (Bauhaus), and don't have any idea if the ones online are the same size.
The door on the front is magnetic and it is attached by ⌀=5mm h=3mm sized magnets that can be bought here:http://bit.ly/2syZ8Ko
Soon, I will make a windowed version as well, but until then you can just leave it off if you want to see the inside of the box.
This box uses 3x 120mm fans, 2 as an intake on the left, and 1 as an exhaust on the right size.
Please don't ask me to do any modifications to this box as it took a ton of time to design this, and I don't want to work on this anymore. You are free to remix this design if you need to change something.
Also keep in mind that some of the parts are very large and may not fit a small heatbed. Make sure everything will fit before you try to print this. If you are using a Tevo Black Widow like I do, then this won't be an issue for you.
You will need supports for some of the parts, double check before printing. Also keep in mind the parts are not optimally oriented, so rotate them as necessary before printing.
