Just repaired the original STL - it would cause a crash in Slic3r 1.2.8-dev:

Something is syntactically very wrong with this ASCII STL!: Resource temporarily unavailable
Illegal division by zero at .../Slic3r/lib/Slic3r/GUI/3DScene.pm line 281.

The repaired version works with Slic3r and is 25% the size.
