Updated T-case for printed U-joint
Portal bridges
Printed drive shafts and front driveshaft joints
Front bumper with 10kg servo mount
required materials:
12x MR 106 2RS 6x10x3 mm bearings
6mm carbon tube (T-case output axis)
square bar 3x3mm (15mm - front axle joint>gear1; the front axle is to be 2mm longer than the bridge housing; rear bridge, 7mm extended axle in both sides , the output axles per wheel are dimensioned in the photo)
Servo MG996R
M2 screws different lengths
twist the front axle joints with the M2 screws and cut them off, and then grind them evenly with the joint so that nothing protrudes
Print all with layer high 0,1 mm and infill 100% with minimal cooling power for better dimensional accuracy, wall line count = 3
some object need support - filename with "Support" - use Touching build plate
only bumper needs support type everywhere
