These are two 3D printed combs designed after I had broken my only comb (I cried and gave it a proper burial).
The first one, dubbed the 3DP Comb, is a more fine tooth comb. It is 150mm long, with 40mm teeth, and a thickness of 4mm. I printed mine with white PLA using 20% rectilinear infill and no supports.
The second one, dubbed the 3DP Comb 2, is a larger coarse tooth comb. It's the same length as the previous comb, but the teeth are thicker and spaced farther apart for people with thick or long hair (like me). I printed mine, again, with white using 20% rectilinear infill, and no supports.
Both models have been designed in Fusion 360, in which I have a habit of designing my parts on a different Cartesian plane than most 3D printing software, so you may have to rotate the comb before printing.
Both combs seem to be strong enough for even thick, unwieldy hair, however I have not done long term testing.
