The 3D plate is meant to be used for the 99GoodReasons Candle Holder found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1767269
The Circle is visible only when looking from the side - while hidden frontal.
You need to print the upper and lower piece from the thing here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1767269. White works best, but you may use another color, as long the plastic let's the candle light shine.
You can use the design for the electric version of the 99GoodReasons light found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2136685
