I plan on using this with a 3.5 Volt solar panel that has an open circuit voltage range between 3.7V to 4.1V (depending on temperature)
The solar panel will charge the supercapacitor throughout the day and the harvested energy will be used intermittently during the night.
RoHS compliant.
Also can be used in applications where a rapid release of current is needed.(i.e. accelerating an electric RC car faster by sending more current to the motor, etc)

Don't forget to use a blocking diode to prevent reverse current leakage to the solar panel when it gets dark or the solar panel becomes shaded.
