Power supply cover and mount for
360 Watt power supply
For my build of the AM8 frame for my Anet A8 i needed to change the screw positions to fit my 360 Watt power supply. Also wanted to make a cover for the cables and mount a power switch with fuse in it. Additionally i made a version for an extra round switch to switch an LED strip.
The printed version in the pictures is my installed version, but this is a beta version of the file i'm sharing. On the pictured version the distance between the cover and power supply was off by 5mm. I since corrected this mistake, so it now sits as it should be.
Printing instructions
The mount is printed without supports, flat on its back.
The cover needs supports, but this is not much. If you lay the cover flat on its front (the part that has the switch holes) then the back part will be build upward. The supports that are needed are for the front section that houses the mounting holes for the front part.
The back mounting holes have a chamfer so that this section can be printed without any trouble.
Note: The cover is designed to take up to 2 screws in the back for mounting, but if you want to run wires through the channel you cannot use that mounting hole. (in my case its mounted with one screw in the top position and the middle channel and bottom channel are used to run my wires to the mainboard.
