This is a converter for spools with an internal diameter of 70mm, to fit over the 36mm cap on my Ender 3 V2. I think the same external size is on an Ender 3 regular, but your mileage may vary.
If you print at 100% scaling this will have a very snug internal fit on the end of the spool holder, so I suggest printing at 101% size to slip it on and off. The design is intended to flex, so you can print larger for more room / a tigher grip on the inside of the spool.
If your material can flex a bit, this should be good for spools smaller than 70mm by say 5mm or so, even at 101%.
Very important
This is intended to be printed in two ways:
If you print at 100% size, the internal diameter will be very snug on the end-plug of the spool holder
This is can be good! As it means when you take your spool off of the holder, the spool holder will retain the adapter
This means you can print one holder to stay on the printer, and one for each spool which should stick to the spool
On my Ender 3 V2, a 101% lets the outer older slip off relatively easily
Instructions
Lay down flat in your slicer (sorry, my first design, I'm a noob)
This print is designed to be printed oversize, so use 101% or more for a tighter grip and to let it slip on and off, or 100% for it to be retained by the spool holder
Print two! And one add to each side of the spool
