I designed these "F" style clamps so that I could print my own clamps and make them as long as I like with 3/4" electrical conduit. A normal 36" clamp costs between $15 - $40. You can get a 10 foot piece of 3/4" EMT conduit for as little as $4.25.
I did a crude test to see what kind of force I can get out of these clamps and got an average of 180 lbs on a bathroom scale. The most I was able to get was 190 lbs; however, the parts did not break, I just couldn't twist the handle any further.
The "dead end" of the clamp uses a #6 screw (3/4 inches long) and nut as a set screw to hold onto the conduit. The "live end" of the clamp (the end with the 3d printed screw) has two versions: one with a 3d printed latch that clamps onto the conduit, and one with a set screw like the other end. They both seem to have similar holding strength.
The latch version of the live end uses a #10 screw (1-3/4 inch long) and lock-nut to hold the latch in place.
