With leftover 20x20 V-Slot from the D-Bot build, I modified the 3-wheeled design of the Z guide as linear rail guide for the front.
In the renderings, the red one on the left is the original 3-wheeled Z guide by NickRimmer. The blue on the left is my modified, 20x20 version.
I also ran FEM on the two parts because I was quite curious as to the differences between using 2020 vs 2040 V Slot. From my analysis, I've concluded that there is no difference and it is a suitable replacement to use the cheaper, lighter 2020 V Slot.
