An "all" printed compressed air engine. I have ran it up to 80 psi, the only issues are that the hoses pop off, and the bearings occasionally pop out.
1.6mm metric hex cap screws and matching nuts
30mm long m3 screws to secure to base
40/45mm m3 screws for valve lifters
small m3 to secure a fidget spinner to the crank, acting as a harmonic balancer.
skateboard bearing- loose press fit.
Crankshaft pieces should be printed vertically using floors and roofs.
Does not use any springs, relies on gravity/pressure to close valves for minimal resistance.
printed on .2 mm nozzle with .1 layer height
O-rings are from dorman part# 799-451
running: https://youtu.be/S18prY_3BXY
assembly: https://youtu.be/9ZK1R5aZ-lg
can no longer find the fidget spinner I used originally, this one is about the closest I could find: https://www.amazon.com/ATESSON-Spinner-Durable-Stainless-Precision/dp/B071V8FS2C/ref=sr_1_38?dchild=1&keywords=cosmic+fidget&qid=1624569857&sr=8-38
