A simple nose cone for 29mm blue tube. The one named nosecone.stl is the preferred version, with a looser fit. That way you can get a perfect fit with masking tape or use shear pins to attach.
Instructions:Print at a fine layer height. Raft is probably not helpful in this build.After printing use sandpaper to soften the inner edge of the coupler section.Add weight using epoxy and lead or steel for proper mass.To attach a recovery harness make an attachment point with ~6 inches of kevlar cord. Tie an overhand knot in the middle and super glue the two ends into the nosecone.
*Add two part expanding foam to nose cone to fill the rest of the void and secure the kevlar.
