Knuckle Tungsten Holder which will fit inside the wheels
3mm wheel hub extender
Need to complete (per pair of wheels):
24 x 3m screws
16 x Tungsten Weights 3/8 Inch Cylinders width max length of 1/2 inch (usually found for racing pinecars)
Compatible with:
Any common 2.2 comp crawler tires
Common weighted Knuckles with 2 threads for weight holders (found on eBay, etc)
For Assembly instructions:
Build the inner wheel first. Screw the 2 inner rings with 6 spacers.
Insert the inner springs in the wheel, check that they fit with the foam inside. If the foam's inner diameter is too small or wide, you will need to trim the foam till you have a tight fit.
The inner ring will need to be glued to the inner wall of the tire mount flange. Glue only one side first by inverting the tire.
Once one side of the inner ring is glued, insert the foam around the inner rings. Check the foam is well-positioned.
Invert the tire back to it's natural position. Now you will have the inner rings inside the tire with the foam and one side glued.
Go ahead an glue the other side of the tire (inner tire wall with inner ring)
Now glue the outer face of the wheel (outer ring)
Use the supplied wheel hub extender if needed.
