This part replaces the two side parts of the 2040 Y-Tensioner that I bought for the Ender 3 Pro:https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000253369657.html
The kit includes this 2040 tensioner:https://de.aliexpress.com/item/33030487275.html
The tensioner is made for 2040 an extrusion and on the Ender 3 Pro there is a 4040 extrusion where the upper groove needs to be free for the running wheels of the bed. If you mount the 2040 tensioner in the upper groove, your Y-movement is reduced for around 30mm because the wheels collide with the tensioner-mount.
This part replaces the two big side parts of the tensioner kit so that you can mount it in the lower groove of the 4040 extrusion and tne bed can move until the end without colliding. All other parts of the kit can be used, including the screws and hammer nuts.
It should also be printable with PLA since it is not exposed to high temperatures and the force of the belt tension only goes to pressure against the aluminum extrusion (the screws only have to hold a little more than their own weight).Even the prototype I initially printed with only 2 walls and 10% infill in PLA was very stable. The final version I printed in PETG with 3 walls and 18% infill.
OpenSCAD files included, feel free to modify.
