This is a bracket used to connect 2040 extrusion to either 2080 extrusion or Openbuilds C-beam Extrusion (80mm wide). It is part of a collection of brackets that I have been designing for a CNC Mill I am currently building. It uses M5x10mm bolts for mounting the bottom of it (side with 4 holes or 8 if using the extended brace) to the 80mm extrusion and M5x12mm bolts for mounting it to the 40mm extrusion (side with 6 holes). I've been printing my brackets around 80-90% infill for higher strength but adjust infill according to your needs. If you're looking for different size extrusion brackets check out some of my other designs!. If you have any questions or issues please comment below, thanks!
There are 2 different STL files available to download, the first is a shorter bracket that only has 4 holes used to mount to the 80mm extrusion while the 2nd file has been extended on the 80mm side and has 8 holes for mounting.
