I Direct drive Carriage for V-Slot extrusions. I Replaced the Carriage on my Tronxy X5SA with this one.
No support needed. sacrificial layer in 2 holes. just poke trough.
There are 2 Versions. The front is the same. the back is either to mount a 40mm fan for pancake steppers or to fit a normal stepper motor.
The wheel tensioning mechanism is not in the best spot, so you have to test how long the M3 screws can be
I use these clips https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3528928 to secure the belt
You need:
2x M5x30 or longer(from stock X5SA carrier)
1x M5x35 or longer
3x M5 Nuts
3x V-Wheels (from stock X5SA carrier)
6x 8mm spacers (from stock X5SA carrier+spare)
2x M3x12 or M3x14 or probably M3x16
optinal 2x m3 nuts
