This is just for fun and is not trying for movie accuracy. It is designed to sit up high inside the dome and in particular sit on the speaker that was used in the inside dome structure.
The metal part covers an adafruit neopixel part and I used two layers of lenticular material over the top of that (at 90 degree angles to each other) just to give some interesting textures.

Used one of these for the metal lens holder: "44mm Lens+Reflector Collimator+Fixed bracket For 20W 30W 50W 100W LED B81", just a few dollars on ebay. I did not like the looks of the LEDs on when using the large spherical lens, so when instead with the lenticulars.
I did print the top tow pieces in glow-in-the dark filament and had a lot of trouble getting it to print the fine parts and also not break it when detaching from the platen. The inside was some tubing I had, cut to the right length and the I wrapped transformer filament around it. Placed it inside and then glued the tow parts together.
The glow in the dark is fun, but it has to be very dark for you to notice and only when the pack is shut down (LEDs turned off).
