2011 Ford F350 Console bumper by Thesquirlmaster

I have a 2011 F350 Super Duty with bucket seats and a big center console. When I bought the Truck one of the bumpers for the console lid was gone. Ford does not sell just the bumpers, and I'm not going to shell out $580 for a new console lid with the bumpers. So i made this, and put it in and everything is good, no more lid rattle.
I printed this in TPU with 3 walls and 3 top and bottom layers. with 30% infill. layer height was .15mm and cooling fan set to on. I used Simplify3D and printed it ball side down, with supports. If it fails and I have to print another i'd do it with about 5% infill and 2 layers top and bottom and sides. It's not as squishy as I'd have liked,
it's also about .7mm thicker then the OE one, so if your replacing one of the back bumpers you should trim about .5-.75mm off the ball end with a razor knife.
Being thicker it closes a bit harder then without the bumper, but again, as long as it stops the rattle, it's OK in my book.
