The choke is used for flow control within fluid systems. Typically employed to maintain upstream pressure while controlling downstream fluid flow rates. It is used within fluid manifolds to give users the ability control pressure within a system and potentially bleed off pressure. They are used to given the user greater/fine control of fluid flow.
