This 3d printable Robby the Robot heart box can be built fully working or static for cosplay.
The main frame is 232mm by 139mm by 50mm tall. So you need a large 3d printer like a CR10S5 or you can print the main frame in 2 parts. STL files for both are provided. I used TT 48:1 gear motors as they are easy to find these days, but you might want to source the 120:1 TT gear motors. They have more power and run slower so less noise. And you can power them up to 6 volts if you want the speed back. The build video will tell you all about the options.
