I designed this to fit my printer which uses 1.5" 8020 for the frame. This part holds a #10 screw that bumps into the Z-axis limit switch to tell the printer when the Z-axis is in the home position. The screw allows fine adjustment of the home position after the printbed has been leveled. In my machine, the screw head bumps into the Z-axis upper limit switch. The clip is quite strong and will not slide in the rail without a LOT of effort, so you don't have to worry about having to readjust it a lot..
This exact part will probably not work for you, but the design file is included so you can edit it and produce something that fits your machine.
