12V LED fitting for 25mm Aluminium Box Tube - for 30mm LED arrays. by Dranoweb

I use 25mm aluminium box tube for the horizontal bars on my roof racks.
I designed these to simply slot onto them, and plug into a cigarette lighter socket. as I have one of these on a secondary battery as well.
Simple assembly - you will need:
1X 3X20mm nut and bolt per assembly
1X LED array
Some appropriate wire (grommet hole is 4mm)
The LED units can be purchased as 12v halogen replacements from Jarcar dealers in Australia - and are polarity corrected, or you can find various suppliers of the 30mm version on aliexpress.com for much cheaper (I found some for 80c each - but they we much dimmer)

I have left the tolerances fairly loose, as people complained about tight tolerances in my Swiss army SD card holder design.
