1.25 LB plates for progression lifting are insanely expensive right now and pennies are about the cheapest weight I could find, so I made a standard 1" plate with some cylinders to hold the pennies in place for making a 1.25lb plate.
Made for standard 1" bars
Print the body and the cap, fill the body with pennies until it weighs 1.25 lbs (should be approximately 183 pennies if you print this in PLA, might vary a bit by print and could change if a different material is used. After you fill with pennies (the cylinders are designed to hold 6 pennies each so they don't rattle) just super glue the cap on to keep them in place!
