1:24 VW Beetle Chassis for XMod Parts by WFox93

This is a simple subframe and belly pan I design to accomodate a 1/24 scale VW Beetle model kit body and turn it into an RC Car using cheap electronics and old 1st Gen Xmod components. I used the entire mid/rear motor assembly and the front shock/control arm pieces on a custom sub frame. This chassis does have some flex with everything mounted. I may upload some better components but I'm not making any promises. to mount everything I just repurposed the screws from the old xmod chassis. I believe they are m1s. I used magnets glued to the body and skewers on the chassis to mount the body. it works well and holds strong enough you can pick the car up by the body without it dropping
This will probably work on plenty other 1/24 scale cars with a shorter wheel base.
