My wife likes a particular Vicks thermometer for checking our son's temperature. Those sneaky engineers designed the thing to use a battery that I cannot find locally so, rather than order batteries, she goes out and buys a new thermometer. I can't help but feel like that was deliberate on Vicks part.
I had some 927 batteries in my drawer, and they're the same thickness and voltage, just a smaller diameter. I designed this adaptor to allow me to use the batteries I had on hand. This is pretty specific, so I doubt anyone will actually need it, but I like to share.
