120MM Case Fan Housing Featuring Dual-Axis Motion and Integrated 12V Speed Control.
I designed 2 different adapters for common clip-on desk fans I had on hand (searchable from filename on Amazon) - you can adapt your own though by creating a different "Adapter" file. Locknuts are necessary to keep connections from loosening during rotation.
Assembly Components
-QTY 15 #4-40 X 1.0 IN (cut to length)
-QTY 12 #4-40 hex nuts
-QTY 3 #4-40 locknuts
-QTY 7 #4 washers
-Knockoff anderson connectors for main power wires (slots directly into assembly)
-12V Speed Controller
I printed with 20% infill and 4 perimeter layers, but you could probably get away with less than that.
