print using 80 - 100 % infill
then fill the front cavity with a heavy substance, like Lead, then place cap on top of the slug and push down so that it close/ seals the hole.
With my design you get both full ignition with smokeless powered allowing very high penetration power due to the required frontal mass. This added mass also allows for amazing aerodynamic stability.
