This is a Bear Paw for R/C Helicopters with 10 mm skid tubes.
Bear Paws are used on full size helicopters to distribute the weight of the aircraft over a larger area when landing on soft surfaces (like snow).
Usually, these are only attached to the rear of the skid tube, but they can also be added to the front if required.
