1 inch Nonmetallic Conduit Mount

I need to mount some 1 inch plastic conduit to some walls to protect my speaker wires from curious (and chewing) felines.
This mount is 1/2" wide to accept 3M UHB double-sided tape (or any other adhesive system) along with a #8 screw hole in case a more secure attachment to the wall is required.
The conduit clips into the mount and is held by slight pressure from the sides.
