1-Bedroom Flat/Apartment

Here's a 1 bedroom unit from the apartment complex where I live. The model actually makes the apartment itself look better than it really is, in reality it's nowhere near this big or nice, but still this is pretty similar to the apartment it's based on, which is directly across the street from me. I changed the floorplan a tiny bit but it's mostly the same. This is the 'compact' flat, approximately 500 sqft, which is..well..quite compact. It's got 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a small living room-dining room combo, a kitchen that, in the real apartment is probably 5 times smaller than the one in this model, a patio off the back door with a small storage shed that backs up to the one of the next apartment, and more. Built between the late 1970s and the early 1980s, these are some of the oldest & smallest apartments in the city. I'm probably going to make the whole complex (there's only 50 units, 36 2-bedrooms and 14 1-bedrooms). All SketchUp components, I edited almost all of them some though.
