I needed a cap to close my Laghetto external pool during winter rest, when I take off the pump and remove hoses to be sure they won't freeze.
This simple caps with 1" 1-2 female thread do the job avoiding dirty and insects to go inside.
A little hole in the center shoud allow a bit of air flow.
