**TurboLinx TL-300** 3D Printed Quadcopter.

This is the Turbolinx TL-300. I've designed the quad from the ground up to be fully 3d printable with a cool list of special features such as quick removable arms, a cool and sleek canopy and awesome ducting vents. Unfortunately, I've spent months working on this design trying to get it to work properly but sadly I just had to give up. I tried every single troubleshooting technique in the book and I believe what it comes down to is an airframe that isn't stiff enough, arms/props not spaced properly (too far out), too heavy and the FC not positioned in the center of gravity. The design does get into the air but it just doesn't fly properly.

Here are some of the specs of the build:

AirFrame: Custom designed ABS, 3D printable, removable arms and tail wings for easy storage and transport. Clean layout of components, no plates, everything can be easily accessed and changed without having to take apart the whole craft. The arms can be attached/removed on the fly by clips and MT60 connectors.

Props: 5” 5045 with prop guards/ducts, upgradable to 6”, 6045.

Motors: 2206 2000KV SS or Lumenier

ESC’s: 30A rotor geeks

Flight controller: CC3D

Reciever: Frsky X8R

Video: Sony CAM TVL-700, 200mw transmitter, Boscam CP antenna

Battery: 2200mah 3S or 4S

I have all the native files along with the optimized printable stl's of all the parts including a more beefed up version of the main body along with 6” prop guards that I was working on before I gave up.
