Print parts, and check the quality of surface inside. Should be no stringing.
You can remove strings using threaded rod.
Then you MUST check tightness (using your mouth) - this is very important! If pipe is not thight or the inner surface of the pipe have some stringing or inequalities, flute will not play.
After that, you can tune your pipes using guitar tuner and knife.
If pipe is not in tune, just cut a little the open end of the pipe (like 1mm and check results, tone will be higher). Make nice, parallel cuts.
To assemble flute, you need 13 rubber bands to join pipes to holder - simple (:
