Canvas...

Starting point was a polyhedra, for a lot of causes, each cause a flat face. This was not possible, therefore, reduced to a practical cubic form. But still room for 6 causes. The message is, you can commit to multiple causes, this is possible. Especially if many hands make light work.

Blue part is not some kind of fruit infusor, but a filter / large mesh holes. Fruit for a natural flavor goes dircet into the bottle. I personally find it tasty to use lime or lemon slices. Mesh prevents blocking of the mouth/drinking opening, during drinking and also keeps the floating seeds within the bottle.
Large mouth diameter/opening to facilitate easy cleaning and comfortable drinking.

I know that this design has no chance in the challenge, too complex. But had a lot of fun with it.
