Mind Cubes

Brainstorming is a long and difficult process, sometimes the most time consuming phase of a project. In order to solve this problem, Story Dice have been redesigned to create a solution that allows for much more individualized ideas for different people as well as to come up with ideas faster. The redesign, Mind Cubes, consists of a set of dice of various shapes and sizes, and each of these dice have a variety of much more open-ended items on each side than the Story Dice had. For example, one die has letters on each side, one has numbers, etc. The concept behind these dice is that, as opposed to the specific pictures depicted on Story Dice, these new dice have open-ended artifacts on them which would allow for ideas to be the first thing to come to one's mind upon seeing a letter, number, etc. Another benefit of this is that every person is likely to have different ideas upon seeing the same result of rolling a die, which means that when people brainstorm together more ideas will be generated, and the ideas will be generated much faster than before. With so many ideas being generated, the usefulness of Mind Cubes expands much farther than just writing, and these dice could be used for any brainstorming in general. Included are two 10-sided dice to represent numbers 1-100, a die with all 26 letters on it, a die with 6 different colors, and dice with different inkblot designs on each side. Inkblots are designed to inspire creativity and different ideas upon being seen by different people.
