This design have no drawers, it is only a proposal and by far not the final design.
The system has more storage units in a smaller footprint than the drawer system.
By re-arranging the driver motors it is possible to have more levels.
Using a touch screen and motorized doors the operator can easily place his package in the opening which will open for his size parcel.
With a slight angle on the bottom of the container the package will stay inside as the system rotates.
Positioning can be obtained by either using “Barcode readers” or “Proximity switches”.
The cabinet is a flat-pack sheet metal unit.
There are some interferences in my design, because of a time constrain I cannot finish everything for my proposal, hope the model and renderings will explain what I’m suggesting.
