This is a project in development.
I am idealizing a factory where we will use household waste to produce coal. The coal does not contain SOx, NOx, lignin and tar, with this we can use in various industrial sectors (steel, cement works, boiler).
Is a project to help here in Brazil, a range of population living in the garbage. This is a very serious Problem.
In the city of São Paulo, where I live, produces 17,000 ton/day domestic garbage. This number is estimated by the ruler of the city. It's not being considered the cities surroundings, as are 34.

This is the kiln. The process consists of electrical resistance to generate heat, will work in a temperature of ~ 680°C (1256F 953K), internally have helical screw and it’s has production will be 2 ton of coal per day.
I am idealizing the treatment of air (Venturi type washer and Bag filter). The treatment of coal will have to separate the installation Vibrating-feeder, belt conveyor and a compactor for coal transport. For belt conveyors and inlet to the kiln.
