The holes on the back side is to fit the hood to the washer with the help of nuts and bolts. m1.2 nuts and bolts are used for the same.
Small size are chosen here due to lack of space available and they are just used to align the hood to the camera lens.
The holes on the cylinder shaped face is to fix the hood to the supporting structures(walls of the cube satellite)
Structural support against vibrations is provided by these screws and m2.0 nuts and bolts are to be used for the same.
