The fixed version of the original engine, the crank shaft would not have allowed for the cyl. to fit. Now it is fixed

How to make:

1) Print ONE of each part (I would recommend printing the new carby which is a different upload!), pay attention to with way they are orientated, it shouldn't really matter which way you put the parts on but you have to keep the parts the right way up

2) clip the open end of the con rod onto the base of the piston

3) push the crank shaft pin into the 'oil circulating' half and slip the con rod and piston assembly onto it.

4) push the other half of the crank shaft hard onto the crank pin locking the con rod in place

5) insert the assembly into the block (this might be tricky)

6) make small adjustments to the assembly to make sure it spins freely, you may have to work it a bit as the gunk left by the printer may restrict movement

7) super glue the engine cylinder onto the engine block, making sure the holes in the base are lined up with the crank shaft flywheels and that the piston slant is slanting DOWNWARDS towards the exhaust hole

8) spin the crank shaft to check alignment and make adjustments

9) glue the exhaust expansion chamber onto the exhaust outlet ensuring alignment

10) glue the engine head onto the top of the cylinder and insert a size 4 remote control car glo plug into the circular hole in the centre of the head ( i recommend a super cool temp plug)
