EDC Key Slider

This is a project that the Plastics Engineering Club at Kettering University worked on. We designed a pocket key organizer to make accessing your keys easier, as well as decrease the noise of keys in your pocket. The holder can have four keys on sliders. The slider is capable of holding a variety of different key styles. This means that it does not require custom keys to be made. The main contributes to this project were Dillon Frost and myself, Jonathan Wesley.

This was printed in PLA on my custom Kossel 3D printer. It can be done in other materials as well. A combination of a more pliable material on the key inserts and sleeve would benefit the design. A PNG is attached of the model being sliced to be printed.
