This is design for the CubeSat challenge.
Form factor: 100 mm x 100 mm x 113,5 mm in accordance with 1U CubeSat Design Specification Drawing.
The proposed design consists of two parts: the outer and inner frames.
The outer dimensions of the frame provides in accordance with the specification for CubSat. Also, the outer frame is to be installed in her inner frame and Separation Spring. The side edges of the guide rails are to be installed in P-POD.
The inner frame is designed to set the payload of the satellite (on the inner slotted guide) and fixing it in the outer frame. Mounting via the two latches at the end. On the side walls of the inner frame, if necessary, can be installed solar panels.
To determine the mass used ABS plastic. The weight was about 82 grams, excluding Separation Spring.
