Heat provided by an electric heater coil and solar panel is introduced into a insulated vent to the atmosphere causing a draw of air into the air inlets near the bottom of the structure. As the ambient air is drawn up through the condensate channels water condenses on the inner surfaces, then the water drips down into a catch basin and then into a water outlet pipe for collection.
